Dave Miller likes to make noise. Lots of noise. Rythmic noise. He has big drums and little drums, rattles and shakers, gongs and cymbals. Newly crafted, or recycled from spare parts. If it jingles, shakes or booms, you can probably find it in among his instruments. Dave is a recent addition to Music for the Goddess. But he has been a good friend to the other people in the band for many years now, playing with all of the band members at the drum circles that occur occasionally at the Portal of the Porcupiune in Piscataway, NJ. When it came time for the band to tour to promote the Goddess Mandala CD, Dave's name was at the top of a very short list. Dave is also the founder and leader of the Earthmover's Drum Collective, and appears frequently with them at Synthetic Pleasures.
